Meet Bryce

Bryce is an accomplished entrepreneur and University of Delaware alumnus, known for transforming ideas into impactful ventures. In college, he co-founded WilmInvest, a social impact real estate company that’s helped over 150 people get out of shelters and into housing. He holds an BS in Management & Marketing, with minors in Spanish & Social Entrepreneurship. 

 

Aside from WilmInvest, Bryce managed projects for Social Contract, a social impact consulting firm. He's also made dual contributions to Schoolyard Ventures, a University of Pennsylvania-backed initiative, where he assists with business development and mentors high school students learning social entrepreneurship.

 

While creating Better Puzzles with Moisés, Bryce developed skills in supply chain management, market research, finance, and accounting, alongside mastering data-based digital marketing. He brought some of this gained knowledge to Maestro’s Classic, helping the team create systems to track their digital presence and grow their Amazon store by 400%.

 

Most recently, Bryce has served as a Business Advisor for The Launcher Program. In this small-business development program, he consults graduates on various business aspects, including marketing, systems and process design, startup consulting, and sales. As a licensed real estate professional, he occasionally assists clients in navigating the real estate market. He’s closed over 25 deals to date. Bryce's leadership continues to steer WilmInvest's innovative model, bridging property management with social work and case management. His dedication to social entrepreneurship and business growth encapsulates Bryce's unique fusion of business prowess and social impact.
